Inviting panelists and cohosts for prep sessions

When scheduling webinars, we recommend you also schedule an optional prep session. The prep session ensures that you, cohosts, and panelists can prepare in private before going live to attendees. Attendees cannot join the prep session.
By selecting this option, your cohosts and panelists will receive invitations to join the prep session between 15 minutes to one hour before the actual webinar.
Note: Even if you don't specify a prep session when scheduling webinars, your webinars will always start in prep-session mode and stay that way until you go live to attendees.
The default option for Add webinar prep session is None. The other options are 15 mins, 30 mins, and 1 hour. If you selected an option other than the default, that would become the new default setting. For example, if you select 15 mins, this will be the default duration of the prep session the next time you create a webinar.
