RingCentral Webinar audio continues when accepting a call on an Android device

Issue

On an Android device, the audio in a RingCentral Webinar doesn't stop or pause when you accept a phone or video call.

Resolution

If you need to accept the incoming call, leave the webinar, then rejoin it via your RingCentral mobile app or browser when the call is complete.
