Unable to see cohosts’ or panelists’ roles in details of past webinars

Issue

When checking a past RingCentral Webinar’s details in the RingCentral app for desktop and web, cohosts or panelists do not appear on the Hosts & panelists card. Instead, they appear on the Attendees card.
No data
A related issue is that you may not be able to find the cohosts or panelists listed by their correct roles on the downloaded Q&A and attendees' data.

Resolution

This issue occurs when the cohost or panelist joins the webinar as a panelist and as an attendee at the same time by using both the panelist and attendee invitation links. 
 
This is a known issue for RingCentral Webinar, and we are currently working on resolving it. You can prevent the problem from happening by:
  • Making sure your Webinar settings are set to allow non-authenticated users to join by going to the Webinar settings card and disabling the toggle for Only authenticated users (attendees and panelists) can join.
  • Asking cohosts and panelists to join your webinar using their browser’s “incognito mode.”
