Configuring your work hours in the RingCentral app desktop and web

By default, your work hours are set to a 24/7 format. You can set your work hours to a specific schedule on the Phone settings page in the RingCentral app. 

Configuring your work schedule

  1. Go to Settings via the left navigation bar.
  2. Click the Phone tab on the left pane.
  3. Under Incoming calls, click the Edit button for Call handling.

  1. Click Edit schedule.

  1. Set your Time zone from the dropdown list.
  2. Set your work schedule from Sunday to Saturday.

  1. Click Apply to at far right of the schedule you want to copy to Weekdays or All days (optional).
  2. Click Save.
