Rooms and Devices analytics help IT admins monitor the health of the company’s RingCentral Rooms and hard-phone infrastructure. This allows them to identify issues that impact service availability of Rooms and hard-phones.
You can access the Rooms & Devices tab via the left-hand navigation bar in the Analytics Portal. For more information on accessing the Analytics portal, see Accessing the Analytics portal.
Access and availability
Reports for RingCentral Rooms are available to any customers with a RingCentral Rooms license
Reports on devices are available in the Ultimate tier
All super admins have access to Rooms & Devices
Any admin can be provided access via the RingCentral admin portal
