Intro to Rooms & Devices | RingEX

Rooms and Devices analytics help IT admins monitor the health of the company’s RingCentral Rooms and hard-phone infrastructure. This allows them to identify issues that impact service availability of Rooms and hard-phones.

You can access the Rooms & Devices tab via the left-hand navigation bar in the Analytics Portal. For more information on accessing the Analytics portal, see Accessing the Analytics portal.

Access and availability

  • Reports for RingCentral Rooms are available to any customers with a RingCentral Rooms license
  • Reports on devices are available in the Ultimate tier
  • All super admins have access to Rooms & Devices
  • Any admin can be provided access via the RingCentral admin portal
