What you'll need to do

Review network components including routers and device configurations.
Ensure the proper domains and IP addresses are whitelisted.
Run a network capacity test and a VoIP quality test. Check to see if your number is available for porting.
Check to see if your number is available for porting and initiate the porting process.

* Please Note: Porting is largely dependent on your previous carrier and can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.
