What’s new
Text message forwarding: You can now forward text messages to one or more recipients directly from a conversation.
Playback speed controls: You can now adjust playback speed for call recordings and voicemails. Choose speeds from 0.5x to 2x to review calls at your preferred pace.
Standardized sign-in page: The app sign-in page now uses a consistent layout across platforms to align visually with the rest of the AI product ecosystem.
AIR live transcript: When an AI Receptionist (AIR) transfers a call to an agent, the full live transcript appears in the active call panel.
Case ID field: The Report an issue form now includes a Case ID field to link your report to an existing Support case.
Help menu: The Help section in your profile has been updated for easier access to support resources.
Push-to-Talk (PTT) settings: Push-to-Talk now includes a dedicated settings menu for language selection. Choose your spoken language and a separate transcription language for more control.
