Authenticating the RingCentral for Hubspot app

RingCentral for Hubspot is a Google Chrome extension that provides seamless integration between Hubspot and RingCentral. Key RingCentral capabilities are embedded to the extension, allowing users to get more work done and communicate directly from Hubspot. Hubspot administrators must authenticate their Hubspot account(s) to RingCentral.
Authenticating from Hubspot marketplace
- Go to Hubspot and sign in as an admin.
- Go to the Hubspot account you would like to connect to RingCentral.
- Open the Hubspot app listing link and click Install App.
- You will be directed to the Hubspot authentication page. Select a Hubspot account and click Choose Account.
- Click Connect app to finalize the connection.
You can then notify the users to sign in to the Hubspot account you connected from RingCentral for Hubspot app when the authentication is complete.
You can always go to Hubspot to check if the authentication is successful. You can click on the Settings or gear icon > Integrations > Connected Apps. RingCentral for Hubspot will be listed in Connected Apps if authentication is successful.
Authenticating from RingCentral for Hubspot sign in page
If the RingCentral for Hubspot app is already installed, you connect Hubspot accounts from the app.
- In the admin checking page or available hub list page, click Hubspot connect.
- You will be directed to the Hubspot authentication webpage. Hubspot will ask you to sign in if you haven’t. Log in as a Hubspot admin.
- Select the Hubspot account you would like to connect and click Choose Account.
- Click Connect app to finalize the connection.
How to authenticate from RingCentral for Hubspot setting
If you are already logged in to the RingCentral for Hubspot app, you can authenticate more Hubspot accounts in the app settings.
- Log in to the RingCentral for Hubspot app.
- Click the Settings or gear icon on the top right corner.
- Select Switch account.
- Click Hubspot connect.
- Select the Hubspot account you would like to connect and click Choose Account.
- Click Connect app to finalize the connection.
