Why do attendees see a low-quality shared screen?

Issue

During the webinar, attendees see a poor quality screen share from the panelist. The webinar host, cohost, and other panelists will see a notification that says, "Screen-sharing paused because presenter minimized their window or has a poor connection." However, attendees do not see this message.

Affected environments

RingCentral Webinar.

Cause

The panelist sharing their screen has a bad network connection, resulting in poor quality screen-share being viewed by attendees. 

Resolution

The webinar host should inform the panelist with the poor network connection to stop and resume their screen-sharing. If that does not resolve the problem, the host can ask a different panelist or the cohost to screen share.
