Why is my video off when joining the webinar as a panelist via RingCentral mobile app?

Issue

When you join a webinar as a panelist without signing in to the RingCentral mobile app, your video remains off even if you choose to join with your video turned on. This also occurs even if the webinar host allows panelists to turn on their videos.

RingCentral Webinar.

Resolution

You can manually turn on your video after joining the webinar by using the Start video button at the bottom toolbar in the RingCentral mobile app.
