This article describes pages from sample invoices that show examples of recurring and usage charges. All amounts are examples for illustrative purposes only, and do not reflect your current rates or contract terms. For any questions about your invoice, contact billing support using the instructions in the invoice.

Invoice 1: annual contract with annual prepayment

The items to note on Page 1 of the invoice are:
1. The information for the company receiving the invoice.
2. The customer account and invoice information for the customer. 
3. A statement summary of all the recurring charges for the annual prepayment period.
4. The total charges for the contracted seats for the Engage Voice Inbound Edition.
5. A line item for call recording storage for which there is no charge for this edition.

Invoice 2: Usage charges being billed for in arrears

These pages of the following invoice show a summary and details for usage charges billed in arrears.

The items to note on the invoice are:
1. The information for the company receiving the invoice.
2. The customer account and invoice information for the customer. 
3. A statement summary of all the usage charges for the monthly period.
4. The usage charges for Inbound calls to domestic DIDs, per 10 min. 
5. The usage charges for Outbound calls manually dialed to North America numbers, per 10 min. 
6. The total usage charges for the monthly period.
7. The third page of the invoice provides the details of the usage for the monthly period.
8. The description for the usage charges includes the quantity (of 10-minute chunks) and rate charged.
9. Taxes, fees and surcharges are applied based on the invoiced amounts.
