Switching the video service on RingCentral mobile app
If you have access to both RingCentral Video and RingCentral Meetings, you can choose which video service you’d like to use. Note: You will have a different set of setting options depending on which video service you’re using.
You can easily switch between using RingCentral Video and RingCentral Meetings via the Settings menu or the Video meeting settings in the RingCentral mobile app.
Via the Settings menu
For iOS devices
- Tap your profile photo at top left.
- Tap Settings then tap Video.
- Tap Video Service and select either RingCentral Video or RingCentral Meetings.
For Android devices
- Tap the menu icon at top left.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Video.
- Tap Video Service and select either RingCentral Video or RingCentral Meetings.
Via the Video meeting settings for iOS and Android devices
- Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
- Tap the More menu button at top right corner and select Video meeting settings.
- Tap Video service and select either RingCentral Video or RingCentral Meetings.
