Sending feedback about RingCentral Webinar

During a webinar, you can submit feedback or report technical issues by clicking More > Send feedback in the bottom menu. You can also send feedback after the webinar.

Reporting a problem or sending feedback during a webinar

The Send feedback button is available for hosts, cohosts, and panelists who join via the RingCentral dekstop, web, and mobile apps.
  1. Click More in the bottom menu bar.
  2. Select Send feedback.

  1. In the Send feedback window, select Report a problem or Give other feedback.
  2. Enter details in the fields provided. If you’re reporting a problem, please provide the link you used to join the webinar.
  3. Click Send.

Reporting a problem or sending feedback after the webinar

After a webinar ends, all participants, including the host, cohosts, panelists, and attendees, will see a popup window with a feedback form. You can rate your webinar experience on a scale of 1-5 stars. If you enter a star rating of 3 or lower, you will be prompted to report any issues that you encountered. When reporting on issues, it’s helpful if you provide the link you used to join the webinar.

Reporting a problem or sending feedback via Resource Center

You can report any issues you encountered in a Webinar via the Resource Center in the RingCentral desktop, web, and mobile apps.

  1. Go to Resource Center via the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click Report a bug.

  1. Select Other in the type of product dropdown.
  2. Enter details in the fields provided. If you’re reporting a problem, please provide the link you used to join the webinar.
  3. Click the paperclip icon to attach a screenshot of the issue you encountered (optional).

  1. Click Send.

RingCentral mobile app

  1. Tap your profile in the upper left.
  2. Go to Resource Center > Report issue.
  3. Enter details in the fields provided. If you’re reporting a problem, please provide the link you used to join the webinar.
  4. Attach a screenshot of the issue you encountered (optional).
