Using panelist in-webinar controls in the RingCentral app

As a panelist in a webinar, you’ll have access to a variety of in-webinar controls so you can facilitate your meetings efficiently.

Mute/Unmute: Click to mute or unmute your microphone.
Start/Stop video: Select to turn on/off your device’s camera.
Share: Click to share your screen with other participants in the webinar.
Participants: Click to view participants in a webinar.
Chat: Click to send messages to the host, co-host or panelists.
More: Click to access the following:
- Presentation mode: Configure presentation view layout.
- Q&A: Access the Q&A.
- Settings: Configure your audio, video, Virtual background, Presentation mode, and access your profile.
- Send feedback: Report a problem or give feedback about your webinar experience.
- Submit feature idea: Submit feature and improvement ideas directly to RingCentral’s product team.
- Help: Get help by accessing the RingCentral support site.
