Using panelist in-webinar controls in the RingCentral app
for desktop and web

As a panelist in a webinar, you’ll have access to a variety of in-webinar controls so you can facilitate your meetings efficiently.
Panelist in-webinar controls
  • Mute/Unmute: Click to mute or unmute your microphone.
  • Start/Stop video: Select to turn on/off your device’s camera.
  • Share: Click to share your screen with other participants in the webinar.
  • Participants: Click to view participants in a webinar.
  • Chat: Click to send messages to the host, co-host or panelists.
  • More: Click to access the following:
    • Presentation mode: Configure presentation view layout.
    • Q&A: Access the Q&A.
    • Settings: Configure your audio, video, Virtual background, Presentation mode, and access your profile. 
    • Send feedback: Report a problem or give feedback about your webinar experience. 
    • Submit feature idea: Submit feature and improvement ideas directly to RingCentral’s product team.  
    • Help: Get help by accessing the RingCentral support site.
  • Leave: Leave the webinar.
