AIR launched in the UK: This release expands AIR availability to the UK, allowing businesses to provide 24/7 call handling, support natural-language conversations in UK English, and transfer calls based on the caller’s needs.
What's New
Appointment booking: AIR now schedules appointments based on real-time calendar availability. Connect your team’s Google or Outlook calendar, and AIR can offer available time slots to callers and automatically book appointments in your main site’s time zone.
Automatic call recording: You can now automatically record calls handled by the AI Receptionist. With this feature, each call can be saved to the call log for admins to review or download.
Conversational insights: Admins can now view summaries of how AIR handles caller interactions. Use insights to track common or unresolved questions, review call patterns, and refine AIR’s responses to improve the caller experience.
Embed meeting links: AIR can now generate a video meeting link during a call and automatically text it to the caller so they can join a virtual meeting.
Improved accessibility support: AIR now offers better support for screen readers and keyboard navigation. We’ve enhanced the UI to support assistive tools and align with accessibility standards, making it easier to navigate and interact with the platform.
