  • Virtual Background Improvements (Open customer beta)
    • Solid virtual background, improved quality and performance.
  • Dedicated buttons for each video layout
    • Separate buttons simplify switching between Gallery, Film strip, and Active speaker modes.
  • Updated RingCentral Video settings for RingCentral desktop app
    • Settings now include Virtual background, Weatherperson, and more audio options.
  • Updated RingCentral Video web home page buttons
    • Design is updated to match the RingCentral app video tab.
  • Show status when recording sharing in progress
    • Prevents user from clicking share twice
  • Closed captions setting persists after a meeting (Open customer beta)
    • Setting will remain enabled for subsequent meetings until disabled
