Table of contents

These widgets are context-sensitive, based on whether the upper right toggle is set to Calls, Meetings, or Webinars. In Meetings or Webinars, it shows meeting Sessions details, and in Calls, you will see information related to Connected Calls. This widget provides a snapshot of connection quality for the user and range of time selected in the Extension page filter options.

Sessions

Choose to see either Recent or Problematic sessions by selecting table tabs. Recent displays the last 10 sessions for the selected user. Problematic displays those of lowest quality. The quality displayed is based on the weakest stream type, reflecting quality by both the user and the call connection. When the Webinars toggle is set, a column shows the role associated with the webinar (host, cohost, or panelist).

Clicking on Topic | Meeting ID or a webinar name opens a page that focuses on the details for that meeting or webinar.
Clicking on any entry in the Sessions widget opens to a page with more information.
Use the tabs to select either Average or Timeline view. Click on Copy to Clipboard on the upper right to copy a text version of the information. Select whether to show the Session Timeline in minute or ten-second intervals by clicking on the dropdown menu in the Session Timeline upper right corner. Click the arrow next to the user name to return to the Extensions page, which opens in a new tab.

Connected Calls

Choose to see either Recent or Problematic calls by selecting table tabs. Recent displays the last 10 calls for the selected user. Problematic displays the user's lowest quality calls. The quality displayed is based on the weakest leg of the call.
