- Ability for an admin to provision a new Audiocodes unit without having to go through local settings

Call Handling

Configurable Company CallerID Name: Improves ease of assigning a custom callerID name to a user’s main company and site phone numbers.
Route 911 calls to on-site responders: Provides the option to route 911 calls to on-site responders
Route 911 calls from mobile apps on data only devices: Sends GPS coordinates when 911 calls are placed from tablets using RC mobile app
