Add websites as a knowledge base source: You can now add website URLs to build an AI Receptionist's knowledge base. AIR will pull content from those web pages to help answer customer questions.
Transfer by context supports external numbers: It’s now possible to route calls to external phone numbers when using the Transfer by context feature.
Simplified setup process: The AIR interface has been updated to make it easier and more intuitive to set up an AI receptionist, customize skills, and manage SMS settings.
Transfer details added to call transcripts: Call transcripts now show the extension or phone number the call was transferred to.
