New product release with the following key features:
AI Receptionist general availability: AIR is now available to all users in the US and Canada. Existing customers can purchase AIR licenses in 100 minute bundles directly from their Billing Portal.
Spanish language support: You can now set your AI Receptionist to use Spanish as the primary or secondary language.
Track AIR analytics: The new Analytics tab displays key metrics, including call resolution rates, knowledge base usage, and direct transfers. Data can be filtered by date range or individual receptionist.
Conversational insights: Use the conversational insights feature to identify your customers’ most common or unresolved questions. Update AIR’s responses to improve the caller experience and improve resolution rates.
Onboarding assistance: Schedule a call directly from the AIR interface for help setting up your AI Receptionist, or use the listed number for immediate assistance.
Updated AIR Studio: The interface now includes a card layout with quick call trends, and visual cues to help identify unassigned AIRs and assist with testing.
Send text messages: Extensions assigned to an AI Receptionist can now be used to send SMS messages.
Analytics Portal dashboard: An AIR dashboard is now available in the Analytics Portal for tracking AI Receptionist performance. Business Analytics Pro users can customize the dashboard with additional widgets.
