Simplify call handling setup: If you have a single-site account, you can now manage AIR’s call handling settings—such as routing calls during business hours, closed hours, or using direct numbers—directly from the AI Receptionist details page. This gives admins simplified controls in one place to manage call routing rules more efficiently.
