What's New
Bring Your Own Integration (BYOI): You can now connect custom APIs directly to AIR Pro by importing OpenAPI specifications. Give the integration a custom name, description, and icon, then organize it by category and industry. This lets you extend AIR Pro with your own tools without needing custom development.
Variable inputs and outputs in playbook skills: AIR Pro now stores information as variables during conversations. As an AI agent collects data like a caller's name, email, or phone number, it saves that information and reuses it in later actions. This means agents can greet callers by name, pre-populate transfer details, and deliver a more personalized experience without asking customers to repeat information.
DTMF input support: Callers can now press keys on their phone at any point during a conversation with an AI agent to trigger actions, like pressing 0 to transfer to a live agent or another key to end the call. The system responds right away when a caller presses a key, without a delay or interrupting the conversation.
Optimization tools and skill suggestions: You can now review up to 30 days of conversation history, switch between agents instantly, and access optimization workflows from the agent interface. The system suggests improvements to your skills based on call patterns and highlights them for easy review. You can compare different versions of skills side by side, view transcripts for context, and publish updated skills as drafts before they go live.
