Hybrid skills in Studio: AIR Pro now lets you combine workflows, external tools, and APIs within a single skill. Instead of being limited to one action type per task, you can mix execution methods at each step. For example, verify a caller's identity through HubSpot, check availability in Google Calendar, and trigger an internal workflow to send a confirmation, all in one skill. Detailed troubleshooting logs show what happens at each phase, making it easier to build and refine complex automations.
Shared SMS inbox integration: The shared SMS inbox now integrates with RingEX shared SMS numbers, so AI agents can automatically engage with customers when a text conversation is assigned to them. A dual-pane conversation view lets you monitor incoming customer messages and AI responses side by side in real time. When you set up the integration, the system only shows SMS-capable numbers, and you can access real-time connection status and texting controls from the Admin Portal.
PII redaction: AIR Pro now automatically masks Personally Identifiable Information (PII) captured during AI agent calls. Once set up, sensitive data is automatically redacted across call analytics in Studio with no manual work needed.
Multilingual call handling: AIR Pro supports multiple languages with automatic language detection and switching, so you can serve customers around the world.
