New Track Number Calls by Day Report
The new report summarizes daily and yearly traffic to a dialed number (DNIS) within the specified time range. The purpose is to enable trend analysis for tracked numbers. Tracked DNIS selections must be pre-configured under IVR administration.
The 21.1.3 Release includes various improvements, including bug fixes and performance of Engage Voice software.
