Accessing the Analytics Portal | RingEX

The RingCentral Analytics portal lets you understand how RingCentral’s suite of products are used across your company to see usage statistics in real time or help you spot trends. Reports are presented as graphical representations of your account activities. They are based on queue, user, and endpoint activity.

Web browser

From your browser, enter the url You will be redirected to the RingCentral Sign In page. Click Authorize, and then enter your RingCentral login credentials to open the Analytics Portal.

RingCentral Admin portal

When you have logged in to the RingCentral Admin portal at, click on the Reports tab in the top navigation bar, then click Analytics. You will be redirected to the analytics portal.

RingCentral App for Desktop

From your RingCentral desktop app, navigate to the left-hand navigation bar and click the screen icon for Analytics. A new browser tab will open, showing the Analytics Portal.

RingCentral App for Mobile


From the mobile app, click on your profile picture in the upper left corner. Scroll down to Admin, then tap Analytics. A new window automatically checks for authorization and redirects to the Analytics Portal.


Tap on the menu icon at the top left, then tap Analytics. You will be redirected to the Analytics Portal.
