Upgrading to the RingCentral app

We’re transitioning you to the latest RingCentral app to ensure that you don’t lose access to your favorite RingCentral features.
You’ll be installing and uninstalling RingCentral software to complete your transition. Contact your IT department for assistance if you don’t have admin rights to your computer.

Admin tasks

1. Add RingCentral Scheduler for Microsoft Outlook

The RingCentral Scheduler add-in lets you include RingCentral Video meeting details in your Outlook meeting invitations.
As a company Outlook admin, you can deploy the RingCentral Scheduler add-in and uninstall any existing RingCentral Outlook add-ins or plugins for all users.
There are two ways to install RingCentral Scheduler:

2. Uninstall the RingCentral Meetings desktop and mobile apps

The RingCentral app is replacing the standalone RingCentral Meetings desktop and mobile apps. Instruct your users to uninstall the RingCentral Meetings app on their desktops and mobile devices.
