Joining a RingCentral webinar ============================= Attendees and panelists have several options in the RingCentral desktop, web, and mobile app or RingCentral Rooms for joining a webinar. Where do you want to join the webinar? ## Desktop & web Joining from the Video menu --------------------------- If your [calendar is connected to the app](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-connected-accounts-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US ""), you can join the webinar from the Video menu. * Go to **Video** in the navigation bar. * On the **Meetings** page, hover over the scheduled webinar, then click **Join** at the far right. Joining by entering the webinar link ------------------------------------ * Go to **Video** in the navigation bar. * Click the **Join** icon at the top of the **Meetings** window. * Enter your provided webinar invitation link in the *Join a Meeting* popup, then click **Join**. Joining from the email invitation link -------------------------------------- * Open the email invitation and click the webinar link. * If you're signed in to the app, you'll join the webinar directly. * If you're not signed in, enter your name and email address. * Click **Join** . If you're joining as a panelist, select the additional meeting settings: * **Don't connect to audio** : Turn off to choose how to join audio: **Use internet audio** , **Dial in** , **Call me** , or **Continue without audio**. * **Turn off my video**: Turn on to join without your video. Note: If you're a panelist and joined the webinar accidentally using the attendee link, you'll be prompted to ask the host to reinvite you. Select **Resend panelist invite** to get a new invitation email. Click on the link in the new email to join the webinar. Joining a webinar with registration ----------------------------------- If you registered as an attendee for a RingCentral webinar, you can join the webinar by clicking **Join webinar** or the link from the confirmation email you received. Joining experience ------------------ If you join after the webinar starts, you'll automatically enter it. If you join before the webinar starts, you'll arrive in the lobby, which may show the host organization's logos, branding, and one of the following messages. Note: If you're a panelist, you'll automatically join the webinar as soon as the host starts it. * **Please wait for the host to start the webinar**: Panelists and attendees may see this message if the host hasn't started the webinar. If you're a panelist, wait for the host to start the webinar, and you'll automatically enter. * **Please wait for the webinar host to let you in**: Attendees will see this message if the webinar host has started the webinar but not gone live. When the webinar goes live, you'll automatically enter. * **Sorry, this webinar is restricted** : You don't have the correct credentials or link to join the webinar. * If you're an attendee joining a webinar without registration, reach out to the host to resend the join link. * If you're an attendee joining a webinar with registration, go to the registration page and confirm the join link. * If you're a panelist, contact the host to [resend the join link](https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-webinar-invitations.html?brand=RingCentral&product=Webinar&language=en_US ""). * **Sorry, this webinar is now full**: The webinar has reached its participant capacity, and you won't be able to enter. * **Sorry, this webinar is now full, but you can watch the live broadcast on YouTube** : Click **Watch on YouTube** to watch the webinar's live stream. ## Mobile Joining from the Video menu --------------------------- * Tap the **Video** button in the bottom menu. * If your calendar isn't synced yet, tap **Select** and choose a calendar to view scheduled events. * Tap **Join** to enter the relevant webinar. Joining by entering the webinar link ------------------------------------ * Tap the **Video** button in the bottom menu. * Click the **Join** icon at the top of the page. * Enter the meeting ID in the Meeting info field, then click **Join** . Note: You can join a webinar by clicking **Join with meeting name**. Joining from the email invitation link -------------------------------------- * Open the email invitation and tap the webinar link. * If you're signed in to the app, you'll join the webinar directly. * If you're not signed in, enter your email address. * Tap **Join** . Tap **Join** to enter the scheduled meeting, enter your email address, and tap **Join**. If you're a panelist but accidentally joined the webinar using an attendee link, you'll see a popup asking you to **Join as panelist** or **Continue as attendee** . Using voice commands -------------------- If RingCentral Rooms' [voice command feature](https://support.ringcentral.com/rooms/admin/enabling-voice-command-on-ringcentral-rooms-controller.html "") is turned on, you can join a scheduled meeting without touching the controller. Just say, "Hi, RingCentral. Join the meeting." You can voice-activate the controller 15 minutes before the meeting. This feature won't be available once the webinar starts.
