Firefox plugin V1.0

Users will be able to access the RingCentral app within the Firefox browser, making it easy to search for directory contacts, make phone calls, send SMS and fax messages, and schedule RingCentral Meetings without leaving the Firefox browser.

RingCentral for Office 365 4.0

Users will be able to leverage the power of RingCentral voice calls, SMS, and video meetings from within Microsoft Teams using the Chrome browser.

Bullhorn integration

This integration will provide a seamless connection between RingCentral and Bullhorn, and improve the process of managing customer account information before, during, and after a call.

NetSuite integration

The RingCentral for NetSuite integration helps improve the process of managing customer account information before, during, and after calls. Users can click-to-dial, get screen pops, and seamlessly take notes on every call without having to leave the NetSuite application.

RingCentral for Microsoft Teams (1.0 GA)
