This article describes the Quality of Service MOS dashboard Endpoints widget .
Endpoints widget.
The Endpoints widget shows a breakdown of MOS performance by type of endpoints used. Use the arrows to the left of each column title to change sort order.
  • Endpoints: Different types of endpoints used, such as mobile app or hardphone. 
  • Calls: Shows the number of calls using each endpoint type.
  • Up MOS: Shows upstream average MOS quality.
  • Down MOS: Shows downstream average MOS quality.
