RingCentral Video network requirements

The use of RingCentral Video entails specific network requirements and guidelines.

Read Network requirements for RingEX to see the complete set of network requirements.
For network requirements specific to video, you’ll need to apply the enterprise firewall setting, as indicated in Network requirements | RingEX. See especially:
- Table 3.1
- Table 3.2.2
- Table 3.2.3
- Table 3.2.4
- When you use the RingEX app along with RingCentral Video, you must also apply the settings from Table 3.2.1.
You’ll need to apply RingCentral’s Quality of Service guidelines, including the settings for firewalls, routers, layer 3 switches, and WiFi access points.
You must perform the RingCentral bandwidth and network capacity assessment when upgrading using RingCentral Video.
Make sure your system meets all the requirements for RingCentral Video.
