Head-up display (open beta)
- Empower receptionists, executive assistants, and power users to view colleagues' real-time availability, manage multiple incoming calls, and more.
Call park (open beta)
- Call park allows members to place a call on hold, send a call to a park extension, and have select members pick up the call.
Microsoft Global Address List (GAL) and Google Directory contacts integration (closed beta)
- Connect to your contacts from GAL and Google Directory from within the RingCentral app.
Task replies
- View and add responses to specific tasks.
New themes
- We've updated our theme selection by adding three different light-colored themes.
