Inviting participants to join a meeting in
RingCentral Rooms

To invite others to join during a meeting, tap Invite on the iPad, Android, or Poly controller.
There are two methods of inviting participants:
- By RingCentral
- By Phone
Inviting a participant by the RingCentral app
- Tap the By RingCentral tab.
- Tap the contact to be invited from the list, then tap Invite on the upper-right corner.
The invitee(s) will receive an incoming video call on the RingCentral mobile, desktop, and web applications.
Inviting a participant by phone
- Tap the By Phone tab.
- Enter the phone number to be invited, then tap the dial icon to call the number.
Once the invitee picks up the call, they will show up as a dial-in user on the host TV. If the phone number of the invitee matches a company contact, the avatar will reflect the name of company contact on the controller.
