Enabling entry and exit tones in RingCentral Video on

Enabling entry and exit tones for iOS and Android devices
- Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
- Tap the three-dot icon at the top right.
- Tap Video meeting settings.
- Tap Entry and exit tones.
- Toggle on Play tones to enable entry and exit tones.
- Tap either On entry and exit or On entry only.
- Toggle on any of the Play tones settings.
The Play tones settings available for you are listed below:
- For new participants only: Toggle on to enable play tones when new participants join the meeting.
- Suppress tones after 10 participants: Toggle on to automatically stop play tones after 10 participants join the meeting.
- When my connection is broken or restored: Toggle on to get a notification tone once your internet connection stops and when it’s restored.
