Sharing a meeting link for RingCentral app

Note: Participants who join the meeting by clicking a shared link can join automatically without the meeting password. People with a meeting link can join the meeting using the meeting URL.
Copying the meeting link in the RingCentral app
- Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
- Hover your mouse over the scheduled meeting.
- Click on the More icon at far right of the scheduled meeting.
- Select Copy meeting link.
- Share the meeting link with the desired user(s).
Copying the meeting link during a meeting
While in a meeting, click the meeting ID in the lower-left corner of the meeting window. This will copy the meeting link to your clipboard, where you can share the meeting link to any desired user(s).
