Managing invitations when scheduling webinars

If you want to delete or update invitations for your scheduled webinar, you may do so via the Hosts & panelists card on the webinar details page in the RingCentral app.

Deleting invitations for cohosts and panelists

  1. Go to Webinar via the left navigation bar. 
  2. Hover over the webinar you want to update, then click the View or edit webinar details pencil icon.
  3. On the Hosts & panelists card, click Edit on the right of Cohosts or Panelists.
  4. Click the Remove x icon beside the name of the cohost or panelist you want to delete.
  5. Click Update now or Update later. Either option will remove them as cohost or panelist. Update now causes the system to send notifications right away. Update later enables you to send cancellation notifications at a different time.

Updating and deleting invitations for attendees

To update or delete invitations for attendees, you must use the same calendar app (Outlook or Google Calendar) you used to invite attendees initially. RingCentral Webinar doesn’t do this automatically on your behalf, unlike invitations to cohosts and panelists.

Updating invitations

If you have added invitations and selected the Send later option, the invitations have not been sent. To update the invitations:
  1. Go to Webinar via the left navigation bar.
  2. Hover over the webinar you want to update, then click the View or edit webinar details pencil icon.
  3. On the Hosts & panelists card, click Send now at the top right to send the invitations.
Note: You can invite up to 99 cohosts and panelists.
