Issue

As a webinar attendee on an android smartphone or tablet, you are taken back to the RingCentral mobile app when pressing your device’s back button after opening the Q&A instead of being redirected to the webinar.

RingCentral Webinar.

Resolution

Use the back button at the top-left in the Q&A screen instead of using your android device's back button.
