What's New

Improved resource utilization while screen sharing
- We have improved CPU and power consumption during screen sharing.
Better resource utilization for video
- RingCentral Video will automatically reduce the quality of participant videos when your computer's CPU usage is elevated, and turn off their videos when your CPU usage is high.
Improvements to closed captions
- We improved the quality of the captioning, updated the font sizes to show more captions at once, and we now allow you to detach the captions window so it can be moved.
Improved problem report storage
- RingCentral Video will collect additional problem reports and store them in our data warehouse to monitor service quality.
