Managing licensing and billing for RingCentral Webinar

RingCentral Webinar is a RingEX add-on that lets you host virtual events and online training with up to 10,000 attendees. You can choose from 100, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 attendees in a single webinar.

Managing RingCentral Webinar and Meetings licenses

RingCentral Video licenses and their assignments will be copied from existing RingCentral Meetings licenses. Any items that are currently only available to RingCentral Meetings will be noted in the RingCentral Admin portal.

Understanding billing for RingCentral Webinar

You will not be double-charged during the migration from RingCentral Meetings to RingCentral Webinar. Admins will maintain the ability to allow access to both products while RingCentral Meetings is in the process of retiring.
 
Once RingCentral Meetings is retired, all licenses will be billed as an add-on matching your existing billing cycle.

Purchasing RingCentral Webinar licenses

  1.   Go to Admin Portal and sign in.   
  2. Click Billing from the top menu.

  1. Click Meetings > Webinar from the left panel.

  1. Click Add Licenses.
Add license
  1. Enter the number of licenses you want to add in the box under # of Licenses.
    • You can also click the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons to add or lessen the number of licenses you will purchase.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Tick the checkbox to confirm and acknowledge your order, then click Next.
    Note: You can click Print if you prefer to have a hard copy of your confirmation receipt.
  4. Click Done to exit.
Note: You can only purchase RingCentral Webinar licenses through Admin Portal if you’ve previously purchased or currently own RingCentral Meetings Webinar license(s). If you don’t own RingCentral Meetings Webinar licenses, you will need to contact RingCentral support to purchase RingCentral Webinar licenses.
