Engage Voice | Configuring integrations settings

You can configure your account integrations via the Integrations page at the account level. To reach this page, navigate to Settings > Accounts, select the account you wish to edit, and click the Integrations tab in the configuration panel.
The Integrations page allows you to select the type of workforce management integration (WFM) you’d like to add to your account. Workforce management software refers to a set of tools you can use to streamline and optimize agent productivity within your company.

Currently, we offer integrations with Monet, Pipkins, and Aspect. You can also choose to integrate via generic UDP and generic HTTP. Contact your CSM if you wish to enable a workforce management integration on your account, if you have further questions on the options provided here, or if the workforce management integration you require is not listed above.
