Standalone call window (open beta)
- Optimize your phone experience by displaying calls in a detached window.
Keyboard shortcuts

Calendar view for tasks
- Prioritize your tasks by viewing them according to due dates, now available with our new calendar view.
After hours and voicemail settings (open beta rollout 12/1 to 1/21)
- Set your after hours and update your voicemail directly from within the app.
Admin in-app settings improvement
- Admins can now access more settings from within the app, such as business hours, users and licenses, and company call handling.
Company call routing (Roll out from 12/1 to 1/21)
- Admins can now customize company voicemail greetings and voicemail call routing from the RingCentral app.
Sign in with Apple ID
- Use your Apple ID to create an account or sign in.
Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) Vietnam
- Use your existing carrier for calls in Vietnam with our dial-plan support.
Security fix
