  • New Desktop Navigation
    • New desktop navigation will make it easier for users to access key features in the app, including messaging, calling, and meetings.
  • Call Queue Setting
    • Users will be able to turn on/off the option to accept call queues by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Outbound caller ID
    • In addition to selecting outbound ID for phone calls, users will now be able to select default outbound ID for text and faxes.
