Sharing your computer audio in a RingCentral Video web meeting

When hosting or joining a meeting via RingCentral Video web (v.ringcentral.com), you can share your computer audio via screen sharing. This feature is only available on RingCentral Video web and is not yet available for the RingCentral app.
Note: When using RingCentral Video web, you can only share your audio by selecting the Entire Screen or Chrome Tab tabs in Windows, and only the Chrome Tab tab on Mac.
Sharing your computer audio in Windows
- Click on the Share button via the bottom menu bar.
- Select which screen you want to share under the Entire Screen or Chrome Tab tabs.
- Check the Share audio checkbox.
- Click Share.
Note: Sharing your computer audio with the Entire screen tab is currently only available for Windows. For Mac users, you must select the Chrome tab in order to share your presentation audio.
Sharing your computer audio on Mac
- Click on the Share button via the bottom menu bar.
- Select which screen you want under the Chrome Tab tab.
- Check the Share audio checkbox.
- Click Share.
