Viewing webinar status

There are three labels on your dashboard or My Webinars page that show your webinar status.
- Prep session
- Go live
- Live
Prep session
All upcoming webinars start in a prep session. You can see the Prep session label on the My Webinars page.
Go live
The Go live label appears on your webinar dashboard while you’re in a prep session. Your cohosts and panelists can join you in this session.
When you’re running your prep session before the start of your scheduled webinar, click Go live when you’re ready to start your actual webinar.
Note: You can only click Go live once, and when you’re on a live webinar, you can’t go back to the prep session or restart the webinar at a different time.
Live
After clicking Go live, the Live label will appear at the bottom right of your screen, along with the running time of your webinar. Your attendees can join when you’re in a live webinar session.
