Why can’t I change my audio source when joining a webinar as an attendee via mobile or tablet using cellular data?

Issue

When attending a webinar using your mobile or tablet on a cellular network, you cannot change your audio output source even though the button on the screen indicates that it's been switched.

Resolution

Make sure you join the webinar on your mobile or tablet using a stable WiFi network.
