When attending a RingCentral Webinar in your RingCentral mobile app, the audio cuts off when you open another app.


If the audio in RingCentral Webinar drops out when you open another app that uses audio or video:
  • Refresh the page, if you’ve joined from your mobile browser.
  • Leave and rejoin the webinar, if you’ve joined from the RingCentral mobile app.
