Admin

Use call queue templates to update settings of multiple call queues at once
Add/edit/remove a user as a call queue manager/primary member/pickup member directly from the user detail page

Call Handling

Canadian users are now able to reach the Canada Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS) by dialing 988
Allow customer admins to enable / disable the ability for calls to emergency services to be monitored within a Call Monitoring group
Route numbers starting with 110/112 to emergency services in Germany

Global

UK customers can now view their domestic rate card in the Calling Rates section under Billing in Service Web
As of this release, the limitation for a maximum number of Global MVP NA will be set to 300 and enforced
As of this release, the country name of Turkey will be changed to Türkiye in ServiceWeb, AdminWeb/SCP and General Web
