Call handling
Spam and call filtering:
Added an account-level sensitivity and threshold setting to help admins manage spam calls across the organization.
New extension-level settings to let users automatically send spam calls to voicemail.
Accounts on the Customer Engagement Bundle or with Call Queue Booster licenses can now access the real-time dashboard in the RingCentral desktop app to monitor call queue and agent metrics.
Call queue settings:
Play position in queue (PIQ) announcements only when a caller's position changes.
Support for position-in-queue and estimated wait time announcements during callback offers.
Improved callback logic to reduce unfulfilled callback requests.
Send and receive MMS messages in the shared inbox.
Admin
Admins can now access the account's Licenses & Inventory directly from the RingCentral Desktop app, enabling them to purchase licenses and manage user add-ons without leaving the app.
Admins can manage account-level feature settings and default states from a centralized settings experience.
