Why were attendees redirected to the waiting room or thank you page after an 8-hour webinar?

After your webinar hits an 8-hour mark, attendees will automatically be sent to the waiting room or redirected to the thank you page with an error message.

The max duration of a webinar is 8 hours. When the 8-hour time limit is exceeded, the attendees will go into the waiting room or the webinar will be automatically terminated.


Please make sure you end the webinar before the 8-hour time limit.
