Shared voicemail inbox
You can review a coworker's voicemail inbox right in the app. Check your coworker’s voicemail for them if they give you access, like when they're away or unavailable. You can manage multiple shared inboxes in your voicemail tab.
Collaborative notes
Take notes during your meetings simultaneously with other meeting participants. Capture decisions and action items during meetings, and keep collaborating even after they end.
Network quality indicator (NQI) improvement
When network becomes poor or bad during a phone call, app will show tooltip to guide users to open network details, do the self-diagnostics and report issues to RingCentral.
