Creator Lab is a new tab within the Recording Editor to allow event organizers to leverage AI to automatically transform event recordings into ready-to-use marketing content. • All AI-generated content:
      •    • Automatically generated upon navigating each respective section within Creator Lab
      •    • Posts can be generated again as many times as needed and copied by the organizer
      •    • Tone of voice will be derived from the event’s description but can also be adjusted as needed
    • Social media posts
      •    • Two social media posts are generated at once for the same clip/video
    • Blog posts:
      •    • Different topics will be suggested and the organizer can select one to produce posts in that topic. The topic selection is optional.

  • AI-powered Q&A and Polls suggestions: Our new AI agent will help event organizers to run more interactive events by auto-creating polls and answering questions from Q&A. Organizers will have the ability to edit, validate, and publish both the suggested polls and answers for Q&A.

Note: Transcript and slides from an RTMP stream will not be taken into account.
  • Polls suggestions: Based on the event transcript, shared slides, and uploaded documents in the document store, the AI agent will propose poll questions and potential answer suggestions.

  • Real-time stages
Note: Limited release to certain events in December, will apply for all events in January

Previously, broadcasting from Studio to the live stage would have a latency delay, causing attendees to receive the stream and ask questions on a delay. Now, all broadcasts to stage will happen in real-time, with no delay, powered by Real-Time Communication (RTC) technology.

    Note:
    • Attendees joining from the mobile app will still have a 15 second delay
    • Events with real-time stages cannot choose YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia as a stream provider
    • There will be no captions for uploaded audio and video files
    • Real-time stages will not allow for Picture-in-Picture
  • AI caption translation (in Sessions)
Available as an add-on for all plans

AI caption translation is now available to use for Sessions! Caption translation makes your events more inclusive by bringing content to your international audience to their local languages. Over 40 languages are supported and only works with English as the input language. Organizers can now also choose to enable or disable the feature in the Sessions setting.

  • Salesforce app integration updates: Currently, Salesforce campaigns are created automatically for each ticket type. Now organizers will have the option to turn OFF automatic sync and enable manual mapping, allowing them to decide to not map or sync a particular event/ticket.

  • Marketo App Integration updates
    • Conditional registration data sync to Marketo based on program mapping: A new option in the Marketo integration settings gives users more control over when registration data syncs to Marketo. They can now choose to sync registrations only for events that are already mapped to a Marketo Program. This enhancement helps maintain better data integrity in Marketo by preventing unwanted registration syncs for unmapped events, particularly useful when "Automatic program create" is disabled.
    • Toggle for No-Show status sync: A new toggle is added that allows users to control whether No-Show statuses sync from RCE to Marketo Program Members. This gives them more flexibility in managing program member statuses.

Event Stage What's New/Changed
Pre-Event No change to the existing charts.
During Event The current Attendees and Registrants chart is replaced with full live analytics, including the Attendees by Time and Attendees by Area charts (the charts which are currently placed under Analytics->Registration and Attendee tab)

The Total Registrant Count is moved to the high-level metrics area (above the charts), becoming the first metric.
Post Event From the above, the live Attendees by Area chart is replaced with the Registrants Over Time chart. The Attendees by Time chart remains.

Since 'Attendees by Area' is only relevant for live events, the original 'Registrant over time' chart displayed during the pre-event stage will be displayed again.

  • Audit log export (beta): Org admins can now download a CSV report, which captures key actions performed by team members across events and organizational settings. This provides improved transparency with detailed visibility into user activity, including event changes, role updates, login events, and configuration edits.
