This new feature will give admins better visibility into RingCentral usage across their organization, departments, and sites. They can deep dive into usage data to identify areas of improvement and determine ways to enable their users to fully utilize the RingCentral platform.
  • Quality of Service (QoS) and device status alerts
With this new analytics feature, admins can now set up fully customizable alerts to receive proactive notifications of call quality and device status issues that may impact their organization.
